For a few years, we had been looking for a general contractor that provided a reasonable quote, and would take on our project of remodeling our unfinished basement into a Master bedroom & bathroom.

Timber Coast was initially very communicative, and the quote was within budget. Most of the subcontractors were punctual and respectful of our space, Overall they did a great job, and we are happy with the finale product.

We would not give 5 stars due to the gaps of communication within their team and with the subcontractors. We work outside of the home, during the week, and have dogs, so planning is key. Multiple times important information that was given/agreed upon on their preferred communication system was not reviewed by the onsite crew, or reiterated to the subcontractors, and we found ourselves have to double check their work before the project progressed.

Overall, we would use their services again for smaller projects.
